The Kailali Public Library in Dhangadhi is organizing an oratory competition on Magh 16, 2082, to celebrate its 68th anniversary. The competition, titled "The Dream of Martyrs and the Role of Gen-Z in Nation Building," is open to secondary level students (Classes 9–12), with a limit of one participant per school. Interested students must register by Magh 15. Cash prizes of Rs. 5,000, Rs. 3,000, and Rs. 2,000 will be awarded to the top three winners respectively.
